DO YOU NEED A PHYSICAL INVOICE?

 

During our despatch process every day, we print hundreds of invoices. Sometimes at the end of the day when we are under the pump, we will email invoices instead of printing them out. This ensures we get as many boxes out as possible so you, our customers, can service and repair the bikes you have.

This got us thinking if a physical invoice is wanted/required by our customers? Many shops already receive an emailed version of the invoice. Some will still want a physical invoice, which is fine, while others may prefer to move to soft copies only and cut down on physical paper work.

As such, we would like to conduct a survey regarding physical invoices and your preference moving forward. We understand and appreciate that everyone is very busy (which is great), however this will only take 1 minute and we would really appreciate your feedback.
